Our Story

The Goehring Meldrum Story

Over the years, dining out has become our way to celebrate. We so enjoy a wonderful night out with friends, a great glass of wine or singing happy birthday to our children at a restaurant. Why couldn’t we make a career of celebrating?

In 1991, we traded in our “real” jobs and opened The Irish Exchange on West Tuscarawas Street in Canton. After ten years of “Burgers & Budweiser,” Ninety One Wood Fired Oven was founded, and a second location soon followed. In 2008, we opened our little corner place, the 3 Brothers Corner Tavern. The most recent addition to our restaurant group is Table Six Kitchen + Bar. Built on the concept of sharable plates, Table Six opened the week of Thanksgiving in 2013.

We’re an independent restaurant group of four locations, each with its own unique personality and tradition of good taste. We’ve built our restaurants with much passion: passion for great food, great drinks and an overall experience that we hope exceeds your expectations in every way.

When we travel, we always ask people about their favorite restaurant. Inevitably, they respond with the name of their local place. A place where people know them by name and where they are comfortable and relaxed. We want Ninety One, 3 Brothers, and Table Six to be your local place.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by a dedicated staff and wonderful guests we enjoy everyday we’re open. We never lose sight of the many options you have when dining out and always are honored when you choose any of our restaurants.

We think you’ll love our restaurants as much as we do. Cheers!
